Global Perspectives on Collaboration and Dissent in a Post-Pandemic World Collaboration, conflict, and dissent is at the core of understanding relationships between states. It shows the dynamics of power play and power relations through various forms of domination and acceptance. The COVID 19 pandemic, on top of other international events, highlighted platforms where states may collaborate and work together. At the same time, the same platforms caused conflict and dissent between other states. This issue would like to highlight these political phenomena.
Researchers are called to submit papers for possible publication on the 2023 issue of Assemblea: An Online Journal of Political Science.
Papers may revolve around the following topics, among others
- Regionalism, security, and alliances
- Global North and South power dynamics
- Bilateral and multilateral negotiations for peace
- International organizations and their role in cooperation
- Pandemic and post-pandemic foreign policy
- Quality of democracy post-pandemic
